It takes a great effort to execute a large-scale event like this and we could not pull it off without a wonderful team of volunteers. The auction committee needs set up and take down help, as well as a team of auction night volunteers. Roles include loading, driving, and unloading items, ballroom set up, data entry/checking in guests, packaging items, bid recording, running bid sheets, loading items into cars, day-after take down, and more.
